FST launched our customer portal, InSight, in July of 2021. At the time, it was aimed towards our transportation customers, with the goal to give them a deeper look into their business with their customers and us. InSite offers more than just tracking information – it breaks down costs and provides analytics on spending trends using easy-to-read reports and graphics.
In April 2022, we went live with warehousing and e-commerce customer access. Insight offers the ability to monitor inventory, check the status of outbound and inbound freight, and place orders all in one place. Now, we are working on creating additional reporting and monitoring services.
Since launching, our customers have been enjoying using our all-in-one platform. Our customers find the site easy to navigate and interact with. With the availability to download reports or create their own to match their needs, including graphics, the site is truly customizable to the needs of each customer. The site is a game changer for many of our customers who were previously lacking visibility into their supply chain.
