FST Logistics' Board of Directors serves a number of functions including appointing our ESOP trustee, advising our Executive Leadership Team, and ensuring the company is reaching its goals.

Kevin Bostick is currently the CFO for DHI Group, Inc., a public software company in Denver, Colorado.  Prior to his position at DHI Group, Kevin served in a number of roles as President and CFO of companies in the telecom, technology, and media industries. He was also an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Chase in New York City. 

Kevin was also a board member of Tour de Force, Inc., for seven years leading up to its sale.  He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Penn State and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Kevin resides in the Denver area with his wife and son.
